This is my second roof repair using Holloway Roofing. Five years ago, they replaced the roof on my house and garage. Recently, they replaced the roof on my parents' house, which was built in 1930. Needless to say, due to its age, there were multiple unforeseen complications to the project. Everyone at Holloway was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided great communication. After winter storm Fern, we developed a small roof leak due to some ice that took way too long to melt. Having seen Holloway doing roof work in our neighborhood in the recent past, I decided to call them for my roof repair needs. I am SO glad I did. From the time Kyle first arrived to the day Marcos and his team completed the repair to our roof, everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional, helpful, and accommodating in every way. We truly had a 5-star experience. When you look at the roof of our home now, it is very difficult to tell where the work was done. They even had this neat contraption to pick up all the roofing nails out of the grass; it was what I can only describe as a push-broom-shaped thing with wheels and a large magnet where the bristles would be. They left our home cleaner than they found it and even used a leaf blower to clear off any other debris from our deck and back porch after they were done. The quality of materials and workmanship and customer service is top shelf, and the price was fair and reasonable as well. If you have roofing needs, call Holloway.

Communication through company is great, fair pricing. When it came to getting the work done, when all was cleared through insurance, work was done within 1 work day. I was hoping to get the repairs completed in the next few weeks, but instead, Kyle called to say he would be there in a couple of hours!!! What incredible service! I realize that they may not always be able to service customers the same day, but it’s nice to know that they will when they can.

Holloway Roofing is amazing. Brett and his crew came out at 7:30 a.m. today. They prepped the area to protect our home and stuff from debris that would possibly fall off the roof. All old was off in about an hour. They found more damage than we expected; they took photos to show me and fixed everything. Very friendly group, and attention to details and clean up was amazing. They worked with my home insurance and kept me updated throughout the process. They were done with everything by 2 p.m., and even being weekend they didn’t cut corners to get my roof back to safe and new and refreshed.
